Beforehand of the fairs nordjob, vocatium, parentum, ich&wir and meister&master different kinds of workshops are provided for students, teachers, parents, professionals and exhibitors.

Students: young adults are prepared for job choice, application processes and are motivated to work with their talents and find their profession. Schools mostly get into contact with the regional IfT-location.

Teachers: teachers are provided with further qualifications concerning time management, body language and more.

Exhibitors: lectures and seminars concerning aspects of recruiting, job choice and more.

Parents: parents are informed about current chances for their children at the job market.

Professionals: information on the erfolg.im.beruf fairs.

Academy offerings are free and get awarded with a certificate. Events can take place in schools, companies or lecture halls.
